Returns & Refunds

At TeeLure, we want you to love your purchase.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and final sale items may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at teeluree@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
